Island Jerk - Huntsville

A guy named Omar was very helpful. This was my first time here. The oxtails were worth every penny. They were perfect. My friend got curry chicken which was so soft and also perfect. They give you so much food for the price as well. It’s very quality food. Everything was perfect, the protein, the rice, the cabbage, and plantains. 10/10

I was recommended to try Island Jerk by a coworker, who was born and raised in Jamaica. She said it was the most authentic tasting Jamaican cuisine in the area. I got the oxtail plate with cabbage, rice and plantains and it was DELICIOUS! No cap. The portion was large and the flavor was immaculate. I received excellent customer service and my order was served promptly. 10/10! I will definitely be returning soon.

I went in and thought it was closed. No one was really in there far customer's. I placed my order and it was really good.

Friendly service the food is great you get large portions of rice peas. Looks like they give you a whole chicken cut up in small portions which is great. Love it

Took about 30 minutes to get our j chicken, but holy cow was it worth the wait! Flavors were amazing. We will definitely come back our next time in Huntsville.
