Everything was great from the waiter to the food I’ll definitely go to this location again

I was disappointed that they would not honor the OpenTable reservation. They say they never accept reservations so don't bother booking. We were able to sneak into the bar area while other parties were waiting and staff didn't object. Food was good although our Ultimate nachos were skimped on toppings. I probably won't visit this location again because of this experience, but I will still frequent b dubs elsewhere.

In the upside down days of Covid, BWW now offers reservations. When we arrived, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait due to low staffing. Since this was a known issue, we would have appreciated a notification before arriving or being given priority over walk-in patrons on the location's waitlist. They at least gave us credit on OpenTable even though we dined elsewhere.

They would not honor our reservation because of the NCAA basketball tournament games.

They say they didn't have our reservation and they said they didn't use an open table at all. Not sure what happened.
