Bidrage med feedbackHi everyone, It really saddens me to say that this Starbucks is not the same as it once was. They HAD a wonderful team. Key word is HAD. I worked nearby, so when I absolutely needed a coffee, like absolutely needed a pick me up, I come to this place. Not by preference but by how close it was. a little background: Every time I get this really rude girl, Gabby. She has had me waiting for 10 minutes at one point when there was no one around or anything. She constantly over charges me and ruins my beverages. I actually have a experience in Starbucks and I understand if you have a bad day or you just can 't handle working in customer service sometimes but my gosh. I have been nothing but a peach. I mean I understand the customer service and I work in the hospitality industry. )Anyways, Today I go to purchase a iced coffee from here. Nothing special, right . I really tried being patient and kind but this was my last straw with her. She deliberately didn 't make my beverage after making everyone behind me 's drinks. She even said to her new employee, hey, don 't make it I got it. The girl looked confused. This is terrible service. Mind you I got a iced coffee not a frappe and this time I noticed it was personal. Well gabby you are a rude little girl!
The slowest Starbucks on the planet. They usually have only one person working and they do more talking than working. Today i had two people in front of me and it took 22 minutes to get my drink.
Never had a good experience here. They've made me lattes without the espresso, gave me cold food, etc. I used to work for Starbucks and I've see that they don't follow standard cleaning/storage protocols. I've come 4 times over the course of a year and it never improves.
This Starbucks had the worst service and very rude employees. I would not take my service to this location ever again. Don’t come here!
Slowest and rudest Starbucks ever. Libr of six customers. 1 batista taking orders and making orders 1 by 1, while not even addressing waiting customers. The other.. organizing the cookies. When I finally made it to the register to pay (for a cup)... they asked me to wait while they found a bag. I refused, saying it was fine and that I had waited Ling enough while they were texting. The mLe got defensive saying the female was checking online orders. Mind you.. a line of 6+ had grown behind me.. they had yet to say a word to a single person. I couldn 't take a Starbucks survey because 1.. no name badges. 2.. he refused to give me a receipt
