I absolutely loved this place me and some family came here today, and it was great! The fondue was very good and it was cool to see it made in front of us. The options were also pretty good we had the Fiesta and the spinach artichoke fondue. The foods they had for dipping was also great. The food options were also pretty good, and it was very cool to cook it. The chocolate was also very good with plenty of options and dippables. Our server Reese was very nice and was funny, truly making the service unforgettable and enjoyable. Overall, today was a great day, and we are happy to have eaten here at the melting pot. The experience and food were great. The server was disappointing. She was nice, but she failed at servicing us compared to previous Melting Pot experiences. Ex. I had to request a refill three times before I received the refill. We purchased the teen birthday package for our daughter’s Sweet 16. Everything was perfect! They placed us in a private room with popular teen music playing. There were balloons, gift bags for each guest, and personalized menus. Our server was the best, I believe her name was Carrie. It is pricey, but honestly it was worth every penny.
