We were on our way back from Neuquén and unfortunately we stopped by to eat something and continue. We ordered a loin, they told us to wait 20 minutes to pick it up (normal waiting time), but when we picked it up the loin was frozen, we made the complaint and the only thing they did was heat it in the microwave for 2 seconds!!!
