Mariners Landing Hospitality

Great spot! Was upgraded to a larger 3 bedroom prior to check in. Checkin was very simple. We loved the location, pool and boat access. I’ve already booked another weekend. Can’t wait to go back! I would recommend this to anybody

From the facility to all the staff we were taken care of at every turn. We had a life celebration for my sister with the whole family and it was perfectly executed.

Very rude management. Condescending and unprofessional. Don’t try to book on AirBnB because they shouldn’t be listed on there. Mariners Landing Hospitality can’t accept reservations on AirBnB and lists a much lower price which is deceiving. Our reservation was accepted by Mariners Landing Hospitality through AirBnB and the deposit processed, and then weeks later cancelled on their end/deposit returned. Explanation from Mariners Landing Hospitality they don’t take reservations through AirBnB. Very confusing for the customer and against AirBnB rules, there is a fine when hosts cancel. Very disappointing, as this was a Christmas present for my husband. So, understanding that mistakes happen, I said this on our brief phone call. But the phone call that was intended for me to gain clarity about this situation (what happened? was so unprofessional and condescending with Mariners Landing Hospitality manager interrupting me “excuse me, I’m talking” he said. After about 1m45s of me trying to talk, he says this conversation is over and ends the call. We are property owners at Mariners Landing. Which says that we are invested in the area and we’re choosing to be part of this community. This guy needs to be removed from hospitality. And I hope he’s not a reflection of the customer service and integrity that Mariners Landing Hospitality stands for. You would think you’d be greeted with hospitality! Mariners Landing is a private community in SML, just like Bernard’s Landing and many others. This company is simply a real estate management co. to secure bookings of rentals. In the least Mariners Landing Hospitality should change its name as to no reflect poorly on the Mariners Landing community.My biggest gripe is that it is misleading marketing to list your property on AirBnB at a much lower rate, when that is not the rate and you can not secure a reservation through AirBnB. As a marketing professional for many years, I know that this is unethical. AirBnB should not list their properties if they cannot book them.I’m fully expecting this guy, through the guise of Mariners Landing Hospitality, to respond to this online review. But I wish he’d saved his words for a hospitable helpful conversation when I called, instead of hanging up on me when I had a question and a suggestion. Please choose somewhere else to make your vacation rental. Cheers to a great year of fun vacations!

Great views and outstanding atmosphere. Rooms are like home. Adding a 6th star!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mariners Landing! The condo we rented was spotless and nicely equipped. The grounds were well-kept. We had a wonderfully relaxing time in this lovely location. We'll definitely return!
