Tostada Regia - Houston

I try to be lenient when it comes to wait time or inaccuracy. Although, I placed order over phone got there 10 minutes later to pay and check how much longer and they forgot to put in my order. That's ok it happens. Then placed order for two Parrilladas I they gave me 1 rice 1 bean, For both orders. Asked them to correct it, and they did, but no tortillas this time. Came back with one order of tortillas when I asked for two. That's what I paid for. Got tortillas and it comes with 3 flour tortillas per order. Mind you it's an order that is supposed to feed two people. Guess it's 1 1/2 tacos per person. If I didn't check over and over again I would have been screwed. I spent $75 and change and felt like I was nothing. No respect, no customer care, and no pride in the job that you do. I didn't loose my cool and I wasn't disrespectful but if you are thinking about stopping by. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!

The service was initially lacking. The server who seated us ignored us for 15 minutes. When he realized it,we got another server.And then everything was fantastic. The food and the price better be excellent to make up for the hiccup in service and they were. Prices are great, big menu, a good spot for families.

This was a hard pass for me. All the tables were roped off and hostess wanted to seat us in a very unfavorable location. Just turned around and left. Didn't feel welcomed and customer service was poor. Very unorganized. Never made it to the table. It's unfortunate.

Good fresh food, much bigger than I expected for a tostada. NOT TEX MEX! Be patient if you don't speak Spanish, the very authentic Mexican food is worth it.Food: 5/5

I flew I to Houston and asked my mom to take me to get some good Mexican food, and she brought me here.She got the Vapor tacos, and I got the Trompo. It did not disappoint. The vapor tacos were great. Most places run out, but they seem to always have them. Well, at least that's what I was told.The Trompo tacos were really good. Came fully dressed, and the salsa was not too spicy, but it did have a little kick.I'll definitely be back to try more things on thier menu.
