Mod Pizza - Houston

We usually love fashion pizza, but tonight we came in, stood ready at the cashier, and none of the more workers there has addressed us or even spoken. there were four employees who spoke, laughing, a handy looked at, and we went away without ever ordering. the one person who made a pizza said someone would be in a short distance with us, but no one else came to help. When we went to the door, none of the workers who were there told us a word.

This place is always filthy! eating and müll over the tables lobby and pizza prep stations. my pizza was boiled and the arugula was old and yellow. and the customer service is terrible, a budding teenager with settings that make her eat.

I waited 55 minutes for my lunch. that didn't bother me. I was patient though I received my first pizza 1 of 3 practically as soon as I arrived. the other 2 came out after the 55 minutes. the thick white dame that boxed the pizzas was completely rude and thrown boxes around. I asked the snail little guy back with glasses to reheat my pizza. I heard he said to the other guy that I didn't heat it up. I asked for a refund and will never go back.

Not the best experience I had when I came to this MOD pizza to make sure that I didn't have the only one with this bad experience, I saw if other valuers had bad time. certainly they and some where similar to my visit. at the beginning, one dame looked at me and then poured the red sauce further to restock it. I'm waiting patient because I didn't like to rush people. after 30 seconds, she then says what I can get with a very monotonous vote, as if she was abused with everything, or the fact that she works there. I told her I wanted a regular 11 pizza. then a guy comes out and continues my order. I tell him that I like the red sauce before adding the red sauce, he stretches the pizza dough so uneven that he is now an owal. then he adds the red sauce, but because the dough is not circular, the red sauce is unevenly distributed. I find that strange, but I'm moving on to the cheese and the beats. then he proceeds to use the cheese so uneven that 25 of the pizza is not even covered and another 25 is just the diligent. I wanted to say something, but instead I was more curious in how this will turn out plus with all the beats I had, would press the gravity on the cheese, so I thought it would be a little more distributed on the sides. then I pay and I have money in my hand. the same lady at the beginning looked at the table and then looked at me, asked me cash or card? . then I'll look her in the eyes as I have my hand with cash and say cash. she takes it, but never announces what was my change. So I'm not even sure if I revived the right change at the moment when I looked at my reception later, it was right. about 5 minutes pees and my pizza comes out. Unfortunately, because it is not a circle, but an owal, the pizza was not properly cooked. the stretched part of the owal was over boiled crispy, while the edges of the owal where undercooked, especially the middle partly understandable, I had a set of beats so that was not surprised the middle of the teig did not boil thoroughly. the pizza was not good. a 6 10 for me, especially for the price. 10 for a pizza that is not cooked or evenly prepared? I'm staying with dominos, thank you for betraying them. Finally, as I go to put my plate back with the others, I can see clearly a stack of dirty plates. it was not busy, and others then themselves, 4 families, where also theirs. Maybe someone has forgotten to tell them that the tellers are something they are responsible for during the training? because that could be dangerous, especially for children and people who are not as big as me. I really wish I could have made photos, but best read the other reviews and leave them their fantasies all. if you see something I have experienced, say you. be they that discerning karen that people are despised in the rule because pay 10 and in the opposite they receive bad customer service and mediocre eating, it is not worth it.

Went in 20 mins before closing and the young woman real quick stated I'm not taking there order and refuse to take it. Cook turn around and said he would take it and did. Another couple walk in right afterwards and she stated the same thing out loud and again. The manager seem like he was afraid to tell his works to take orders
