Kata Robata Sushi & Grill - Houston

We were randomly on kata robata and it was a high point of our trip to houston. the atmosphere felt comfortable, trendy and lively. workers looked like they were working there, I noticed many real smiles as they interacted and helped each other. employees who were not our server also have been pleasantly interacting with us. music was great enough to offer interest, but not overwhelming or distracting. the stand we were sitting on was surprisingly smart and I hated to leave him at the end of the meal! Of course, nothing of it is when eating is not good. in the night we had no one thing that wasn't incredible. the fish was fresh and of good quality. each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. I like to dream for the foreseeable future of the fattonne. our server, khan, was a patient and informative guide in the menu. He gave recommendations and answered everyone we had. his advice to finish the meal on the nebel lobster mac and cheese was on site! that was an excellent holiday close to and I hope I will return next time in the city.

That was the first Japanese restaurant we tried in houston, the restaurant was still very busy on a weekday afternoon. Fish/ ingredients are fresh, the toro uni kaviar sushi was really good, will simply come back for it. our server edward was very attentive and nice. overall, great value for money.

One of my favorite sushi and Japanese restaurant in houston. they serve amazing dishes and high quality sushi. this place is also for lunch and dinner, so reserve on the resy app. they will not be disappointed here. if you weren't.

Great eating in a cool environment. sharing a couple of tellers is definitiw who is going to go here. the Kobe cattle was one of the best bites of food I had in a LONG time. drinks are also inventive and taste good. server were all friendly, attentive and efficient. one of the best Japanese restaurants in houston.

Pretty good sushi and excellent service. First time here for me and the family and we basically ordered family style so we could sample multiple dishes. Nothing specific I would recommend, or eat again, just happy with it all.
