The 2 young ladies who took and handled my order were super nice and polite.

I don't understand how they can't get the orders right when there is only 2 people in line and it's slow.Multiple times they've forgotten major parts of our order, to where I now just paid $15 for food that ISNT THERE.After waiting 10minutes for cold fries that taste like cardboard.If I have to go inside and make my own food then what's the point of ordering, esp when it's way more expensive than anywhere else in the area.Today was just the last straw, I don't get what's so hard when there's NO ONE in line... I need my $15 back as well.

I ordered The Impossible Whopper and they gave me a regular one thinking I wasn't going to notice. Now I have terrible heart burn. I will never go there again. It so hard to get good service now.

Not so good, I ordered a fish sandwich and it made me sick. I was up all night long running to the toilet and had to take Pepto bismol and ammonium ad to settle my stomach.Food: 1/5

Worse fast food restaurant. I never waited so long in a fast food restaurant in drive thru like this One 35mn stuck between two cars in front of me and one car behind me. Bad service at the end ?
