The Avenue At The Waters - Hot Springs

The rooftop offers great views of the city and is clean. Prices are competitive with the good they offer is good but the menu is way too small. More variety and comfort food is needed to be 5 stars.

Hostess was kind and we got to choose our seats but she was the last staff member to greet us. We sat at our chosen table and were never met by a waiter. We had to go to the bar and ask for a drink which is normally not a problem except every surrounding table was greeted and got an order taken. Never once was offered water or asked if we would need to order from their menu. We are new locals that have heard terrible news surrounding this place and unfortunately we believed everyone might be wrong. Tonight we had a waitress look at us and avoid us. Unpleasant experience overall but the bar area was nice.

I ordered a dessert and only ate a quarter of it and didn’t know it had something I’m allergic to I informed the server and she stated you should have looked at the menu I told her I did and it didn’t state that so instead of her removing the item she left it on the bill I will not be back nor will my family.

Beautiful view, and server was nice. The drinks were TERRIBLE. My husband couldn’t even taste the vodka in his vodka and sprite, and I had a lemon lavender something that sounded delicious but tasted and looked awful. The glass wasn’t even full, and it also didn’t have any alcohol in it. I don’t mine non-alcoholic drinks but I don’t want to pay $12 for them. We didn’t venture into food as there really weren’t any appetizers, which is what we wanted, and we were afraid to after the bad drinks.

Even though the menu wasn't extensive me and my wife still enjoyed the delicious tacos and drinks we had!! But what was even more enjoyable was the location, very chill atmosphere, and scenery of the Roof Top Bar!! We would definitely do it again!!!
