Cold Stone Creamery - Horry

While on vacation, I took my son to a Coldstone Creamery for ice cream. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we walked in, we were not greeted right away and there were no other customers in the shop. A young girl took our order but then walked away to chat with her coworkers for 3-5 minutes before returning to ask if I wanted anything. She was not wearing gloves while handling the ice cream and taking orders, which is unacceptable. The rest of the staff were also joking around and not paying much attention to the customers. The person at the register seemed confused about whose order was whose as more customers arrived. Overall, this visit has made me hesitant to return to Coldstone in the future.

My husband and I went to the restaurant to get some ice cream. I wanted the blueberry pie flavor but they were out of two of the ingredients. My husband ordered the founders flavor but they were out of the fudge topping. It's disappointing when a business doesn't have the supplies to meet customer expectations.
