Dunkin' - Hornell

Wow 10 minutes before they even take your order in the drive thru with only 1 person in front of me they took 10 minutes to take that cars order and another 10 minutes before coming to the speaker to even acknowledge me then another 20 minutes waiting for a coffee . This is insane. The hornell location is always slow and rude . Food was cold ,toast was hard and chewy like it got cooked hrs ago and drink was wrong 2x . Service: 1

Why are they so slow. O ly care about the conversation they are having. Doughnuts disappear quick then only coffee the rest of the day. Don't think it will be quick bring a book. Keep driving. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very poor Dunkin location with it taking over an hour to get my drink and so many people waiting and having workers standing around, also the coffe I finally got was trash anyways Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Expresso machine is always down. Multi-million dollar company can't afford to send them a new one? Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Only reason I?m giving this store a 3 ish is because it was only two employees? Doin online orders drive thru and walk in orders. They where back up do to shortage in staff. For some reason this seems to be the issue a lot at this location for thepast 10 months.I waited a good 15 to mins 20, Which was actually good considering the circumstances above ????they areDefinitely hiring. Shout out to the two employees
