Stix Restaurant - Hoover

Do not recommend!!! I got food poisoning from the Sushi I ate here last night. Within 30 minutes of finishing my sushi I was vomiting. They are not clean and do not know how to properly prepare sushi! This place is awful!

This was truly a great experience. We were a party of 9 and everyone treated us like we were the only customers in the building. The appetizers were great, the soup and salads were on point as well. Our Hibachi Chef was a pro and entertaining. The food was amazing and the experience was even better. 5 stars.

The food was great for me and my bay ; . We did get starters which was the eggroll (two and the bang bang chicken (soooo good my taste buds craved it literally I couldnt stop eating them . He got the hibachi chicken and shrimp and I grabbed the salmon and shrimp ots. We had leftovers and it tasted even better the following day, we will double back. The waiter was respectful, patient, and warm.

The atmosphere was wonderful and very enjoyable. They have great customer service. The food...the food was beyond awesome! We had an extremely attentive cook and he gave us a great show and mouth watering food. They are now #1 on our list of places to enjoy with family and friends.

Stix is always an enjoyable place. Unfortunately with the current world state they are also affected with work shortages with staff and it indeed impacts the level of service. My latest occasion was met with delayed delivery and and not up to par drinks but the hibachi prepared meals were delicious.
