Ihop - Homestead

I just wanted to say this place is small, but my supplements to the management team here, they are very well organized group, it is always packed, but it has great service, I and my wife went on a Sunday, it was busy, but they had many waiters and five cooks, I have never seen so many cooks for an i hop. they sat us in less than 5 minutes, waitress came our order, eating was right on the money, it is sure that one of the best ihop’s here below in homestead florida . I highly recommend it ... thank you guys that you never disappoint me .. we will be built again specifically at the new site like two blocks away.. I am sure back there.

That was okay. plates were not clean. I mean, I should be better ihops.

Sunday at 11:45 am. the personal did not welcome us, we had to ask ourselves to be waited for. the employees were not interested in support. we waited for about 20 minutes for placement, while others were sitting behind us in agreement with identical group sizes. we then sat on our table for about 40 minutes. we were after approx. 30 minutes after our drink order in demand and after our drink order ca. 10 minutes later left. not sure if it was good or not because we never ordered it.

It's really difficult to have a pleasant breakfast at this location. Cook undercooks eggs, leaves the white clear and runny. And that waitress... Can someone get her hearing aids?! She's always yelling and talking about personal things to her peers but please, the customers can't even order or think or speak to someone because she's so loud! I always request to sit as far away from her or I just leave. I don't understand how management hasn't addressed her. I've watched people walk out because of her.

Take out is good but dining in takes 5 hrs nearly to get ur food its ridiculous! The inside dining in wait time is horrible on the weekends !!! I do believe the cook neeeds to be paid more money he’s doing a wonderful job the cook with the dreads good job!!!
