Mcdonald's - Holyoke

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe without the patty and it was perfect. It felt like a deluxe grilled cheese from McDonald's.

Every time we order we are missing multiple items from our orders. This time all 3 large fries were missing from 3 meals. No sauce is ever given. Last time we were missing and entire meal.

Food is usually good, but there is a severe lack of attention to detail! Something is always wrong with my order.

Don't be deceived by the name McDonald's, as this restaurant has nothing to do with the fast-food chain. Despite the false foundation, I found a delicious fry in the trash and would probably go back for more. Just don't expect to meet the real McDonald there. I give it 1 star.
