Domino's Pizza - Holly Springs

Not happy. I drove 8 miles 1 way and after picking up the pizza without checking reached home and realized it was a burnt pizza. I expect some sort of quality check before delivering the pizza.Not worth of time.

Messed up our delivery order by shorting us on our wings. The Holly Springs location should be sold to someone who can run the show. This own is completely incompetent.

I've never had an issue here prior to this. If I could issue no stars I would!! Called about their issue canceling orders yesterday. I redeemed my points for a free pizza last night for my kids dinner. To my surprise ? they canceled all the orders. Hey ? sorry go do something else it's not our fault!!! Okay fast foward next day 24hrs later my points didn't reverse allowing me to redeem today. I call and whomever yelled at me saying ma'am we're not going to give over 100 people free food ?!!! He hung up in my face as I was asking him for his name!!! I called back asking who hung up in my face and he proceeded to over talk me saying we're not giving out free food and I don't have to give you my name....OMG are you serious what business by law doesn't have to provide their name. You should attend Law School since you know you don't need to provide customers with your name sir!!! I will definitely report to corporate until you are dealt with!!! Learn custom service or find ? a new job where you can live under a rock and not deal with the public.

Literally the worst place to order pizza from. Ordered at 6:00pm and it’s 7:59pm and tracker shows it’s still being “prepared”. Been on hold to speak to the store for over 10 minutes and none is answering. Will never order from here again!!

Normally very good place but they have gone down hill at this location. On my last visit I placed an order at 4:50 pm for curbside at 5:30 the app said my order was ready. I pulled up and checked in once I arrived and waited 30 minutes when it says curbside in under two minutes. I walked inside and they said my order is still in prep. No offer to discount or anything. I understand the store is busy but why tell me the order is ready when it's not and waste my time
