Pizzeria Tasso - Holladay

So stoked for pizza on pi day.. Who could beat that. The wood fire oven is outside and beautiful. The interior can seat a ton of folks and is super clean. The staff is so friendly and nice. Love this place cannot wait to bring the crew over to try all the pizza ????

Great pizza and kind servers. One in our party had previously travelled extensively in Italy and thought it was just as good (if not better) than what she?d had there. For anyone looking for a quick spot for dinner, this is it. The time it took from parking to getting our food was less than the wait in most drive-throughs. We will definitely be back. Edit: I had the opportunity to try them from their catering setup, and it?s just as good as in the restaurant!!

Good crust and very kind service. However: it's too loud in there. I was in town for just a brief time visiting family and this was not the spot to try to catch up over dinner, the music was loud and as everyone tried to speak over it the louder it got. Terrible. Y'all are a quaint spot with good food, try some nice soft pizzeria jazz. Now I've worked in some places where the back of house wants the music one way and the front of house requests it be another. I understand the vibe matters just as much for the employees as it does the customers. You gotta be in grind mode making those pizzas, I get it. The solution is separate sound systems. It would be worth it. As simple as a bluetooth speaker. That was my only gripe. Other than that, it was great.

Absolutely love this place, the pizza is fantastic. We loved it so much we are having them cater our daughter wedding. Awesome crust, love the sauces, cheeses and varieties offered. Update: I cannot say enough good about the owners of Pizzeria Tasso, they catered our daughters wedding and it was a HIT! I was extremely impressed with how quickly everything came out, they know what they are doing. The service and the pizza were on point! Thank you!!

We have made this a new date-night favorite. My husband is Italian and doesn't like the American-style food of chain restaurants.Tasso is fresh and authentic. The atmosphere is friendly and clean with Italian music and no frills. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Best pizza in Holladay, for sure!
