Nielsen's Frozen Custard (holladay)

The ice cream that I got was a Concrete, It was definitely not a concrete compared to Culver’s or other places that serve concretes. The ice cream was sloppy, Wet, and runny. I found some hairs also inside my ice cream. The line is slow also. You are better off buying ice cream somewhere else. It’s not worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Best ice cream (non-gelato) in the valley. An absolute classic. Vanilla or chocolate please only. Then you can put on all the toppings.

Ordered two custards and the kid at the window handed us one that was not even close to what we ordered not mixed well and dripping all over me and my clothes and my car. The other wasn’t even close to what we ordered. We pulled a little away and threw them in the trash. We should have thrown them at the window. I called to complain and the kid answered the phone and was dismissive. Management control these young people who don’t care. This has been a ritual trip for 3 yrs. Clean it up if we will stop coming!

It’s time I finally write a review. This, by far, is my favorite custard around. The BEST hot fudge. However, I’ve had at least 10 streaks hoping for a better experience each time but it never happened. They only offer lids on concretes and even when I ask for one they still bring it out with no lid and it’s dripping everywhere. Don’t order anything for anyone who is not in the car. You can’t even sit outside to eat. I had a kid hand me a sundae that was dripping all over his hand as he handed it to me. They also seemed to have downgraded on their toppings. The cookie dough used to be so good and now it’s not nearly as good. Tonight, I got hot fudge on my Sunday and it was hard as a rock, I couldn’t even eat it. If they are getting as much business as it seems with the horrific drive thru lines, they should be able to spend some money on making improvements and training their young workers.

The owners need to be here if this is so short staffed that we had to wait 45 min for an icecream come and we couldn’t leave if we wanted to because the line was wrapped around the block. I get being short staffed but the owner or someone should be helping the 3 kids working. I would like to be refunded since I was trapped for 45 min never coming back
