Sush Track - Hobart

Sush Track is our little girl's favourite meal out! We've been many times and it never disappoints. Fresh sushi with the best seafood, hot dishes to order and some great desserts, all in a great atmosphere with excellent service :)

Pretty crowded place for a weekday dinner. Parking was ample just across the restaurant. Limited menu. Sushi was average. I guess coming from Singapore, we do have a lot of such conveyor belt sushi outlets around so this was a bit disappointing compared to what we have at home. Ventilation wasn't very good. Came out smelling of food/oil.

Nice sushi belt, cool ordering self-service via individual ipads. Some plates were cold & don't seem fresh. Would be great if they provide fresher food. Otherwise, great place to hang out at!

A very popular restaurant featuring a sushi track (seating also at the side). We arrived at 6pm on a week night and we were warned by a friendly fellow at the door that we might have a 20 minute wait; however, the wait was shorter and we were soon seated trackside. Loved seeing the sushi chefs working and choosing the delicious offerings as they passed by. Also able to order off an iPad and these orders were quickly dispatched. Good value and very yummy - a good choice for a quick and healthy meal.

Albeit small, one of the best quality sushi trains that I have dined at. The produce was fresh and the sauces authentic.
