Your spicy BBQ pig was the sky! I also loved the sides of the vegetables. See if they have Taegu. If they have it, try it! The food is bomb! Try to go there during the day, because at night the parking is a little dim.

We were in the area and chased a Korean barbecue. We've been here for a few years, but we've been so glad we came in. Our waitress Taylor greeted us and brought us menus and water. We ordered a meat Jun BBQ Chicken Plate and a Kalbi BBQ Chicken Plate. After the order, Taylor bought our vegetables. The vegetables were so delicious. We finished most vegetables before our plates arrived. When our mission arrived, our waitress realized that my wife's record was wrong. Instead of meat, Jun gave them Chicken Katsu. It's good that my wife also likes Chicken Katsu. Since the kitchen made the mistake, my wife had to keep the Katsu and they brought her meat to Jun within 5 minutes. My wife was thrilled since she left home. All meats were cooked for perfection. And honestly, the best we had in Hilo. The Mandoo sauce was also so delicious! I finished our meal with some soothing lavender tea. We left the restaurant very satisfied and praised to return. Great food with excellent service!!

This is a good place to stop for this rare Korean barbecue in Hilo. The decor is dated. The atmosphere is definitely Basic Diner. But there is a wide range of food available, and it is well served.

Food was ok. Very nice vegetable dish, bowl of rice, and nice flavored Char-grilled Kalbi. A bit pricey, I think one more Kalbi rib would have made it better.
