Sushi Maki - Hillsboro

A couple dishes were good but, one roll had odd seasonings/flavor.

Took my mother in law to Sushi Maki for lunch last week. We arrived just as they opened and were served right away. We ordered California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll Tempura Shrimp Roll and green tea. All the sushi was prepared artfully and the sushi and tea was really tasty.

The sushi roll was amazing, great flavor! The ramen was severely lacking, broth was good, but just top ramen noodles.

I really love this place, it is hand-down my favorite sushi restaurant in pdx metro. the personal is amazing, and eating is top-notch. I tried the KFC roll for the first time on my last visit, it was very delicious. I also love the ohio roll, it is a great combination of aromen. her yellowtail nigiri is also delicious, always super fresh.

If you're picky about your sushi, this is a really good place to eat. It's well worth the price. The sashimi is very well prepared. I only wish their menu had more details. Overall, highly recommend. I will be returning.
