Sushi Sushi - Hillarys

Great place, love their food. Today i ordered through menulog and one item was missing, i rang sushi sushi and they said sorry we will get the missing item delivered now, which they did, could not complain about their service, their food or the friendly people thank you Sushi Sushi Whitfords. I always had lovely service here until Wed 24/08. All the staff there are very friendly, not this time. I greeted and asked the woman how she was. No answer friendly greeting, no smile just a blank stare. I ordered and asked her to cut two rolls for me, just as I do every other time. No answer. She paused and turned and cut them in half instead of several slices, as they always do, usually with a smile. She said she doesn’t usually cut rolls when she is on her own. Only one other customer approached the counter just as she’d finished. There was no line, one customer still deciding. Their EFTPOS machine didn’t work and she told me again she’s on her own. I said if it’s too much trouble I’ll go some else. By the time she complained and lost customers she could have made two quick cuts. I know everyone has bad days but she was just plain rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame, I went there regularly and bought platters too.
