Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Hildebran

Bad service, order was not right, even after the new question, several people simply stand and do not work, lack of communication.

Ordered $35 tailgate box. This place gave us napkins, plastic ware, plates, everything thing we needed pretty much. Chicken on the bone was small. Slaw was expired and didn't taste good, threw it out.

Food was great, staff was friendly, Service was quick, prices were reasonable, Restaurant and Restrooms was clean. If in the area, would definitely recommend to give them a try.

I eat here every morning... always gets my orders right and very nice staff and clean

Update: After 3 terrible experiences they seem to be back to normal and everything was great. This Bojangles undoubtedly has the best service and friendliest workers in the whole area. The breading on the chicken is not cooked all the way and falls off the chicken, and doesn't taste good. The supremes pieces are tiny instead of full sized so I'm not getting my money's worth. This has happened the last 2 times and happened again today so I politely asked the cashier to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way since I also used to work fast food and know they are pulling the chicken out of the fryer before the timer goes off. She just shouted to the cooks to make sure the chicken is cooked.... This used to be THE BEST Bojangles but in the last month their food quality has completely diminished. This is the only good Bojangles around as every single one of them in Catawba county is garbage now with horrible service. After this experience I'm just done eating at Bojangles. So sick of paying for bad food and bad service. Just edited to add I just found a leaf in my rice.... absolutely unacceptable.
