Kung Fu Tea - Highlands Ranch

The employees are so nice here! They do a great job of connecting with customers even when they have so many drinks to make!! It does seem like they might get a little overwhelmed sometimes with the amount of customers in store and the large amount of online orders all at once, but they do a great job of keeping up. The nice lady who took my order was kind enough to make some drink recommendations to my partner and I. Their Kung Fu tea is so good!

Pleasant bubble tea shoppe. Employees were friendly and I got my drink (medium coconut milk tea w/ boba) within five minutes even though there were a fair amount of people. The tea itself was good, on the sweeter side. The boba pieces itself were good, cooked very well, also on the sweeter side. Slightly pricey for the amount of beverage you get but still a good place.

Not the best bubble tea I?ve had. Got a Thai tea milk with boba. Boba was slimy and not flavorful. My Thai tea also tasted like chocolate milk? And was grey. I prefer the other bubble tea shop just up the road. Staff were friendly but product is not great. Won?t be trying again.

I am not normally one to side with the chain, but the quality and consistency of KFT is on point. Staff is flexible. Simple approach to good drinks. Recommend: Coconut milk tea, substitute green tea, boba and mango popping bubbles, less ice, 0 sweet.

3 high school looking girls up front are incredibly rude. High school mean girl vibes 100%! ShareTea down the road only hires competent people, maybe take a hint. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced
