Chick-fil-a - Highlands Ranch

Tasted great as always and staff were amazing as well. But ordered Spicy deluxe Sandwich and got regular deluxe. They would have changed it if I went back. but realized after I reached home.

Don't recommend ever doing walk-in here for service. Service was terrible. I was told that the walk through would be much faster than the drive-through. I walked in and ordered a Cobb salad and a 4 count strip meal . It took over 25 minutes to get this and they still got the order wrong. They didn't get anything right in the entire thing and had to remake it. I even asked to speak to a manager and it took him a while to understand what I was upset about. All they did was just give me a large fry and no real apologies which didn't even feel genuine of the Chickfila culture. I would never recommend anyone go to this Chick-fil-A location especially during rush hour. You're better off sticking to the drive-through at a different location. It's just a bunch of kids working here, talking and goofing around, and a manager who lets them run all over him. Completely incompetent.

Our experience on this visit was very unfortunate. We ordered through the drive thru and waitied over 20 minutes in line as there was some sort of order fulfillment issue at the pick up window and we were locked in with vehicles in front an behind. We received our order and, upon returning home, we realized we'd been shorted a sandwich. When we called to report this, we were only given two options...1 come back to get your sandwich or 2 they will mail us a coupon. No option to credit my card for the sandwich. Is Chick fil A that greedy of a company, where they won't just credit my card. Now I have to wait for a mailed coupon and I have to revisit the store. I don't think so. You can keep the $6. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Been here many times without an issue. They forgot to give me my main meal and went I spent 10 minutes driving back to get it they basically said too bad. I will not be returning.

Can't believe I'm saying this about a -fil-a but the customer service at this location was horrible. Maybe it was just an off night. Other than feeling like no one working there could bother to help us in any way and it took quite a while for the food to come out, the food was good.
