Food super fresh , super sweet workers , 10/10 experience :3

Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night for dine-in, closed at 11pm. People were backing out of the drive-thru as they had been waiting over 30min. One couple was sitting inside eating. Doors were locked. Two staff people behind the counter. Knocked manytimes on the door but staff wouldn 't respond. I then called them on the phone, after many attempts women finally answered, Iasked her why the doors were closed, she replied in broken English we only have one cook. I asked her to open the doors asthat was no excuse, she refused. I 've worked in a fast past restaurant years ago and we only had one cook. What 's with societynow that they don 't want to work to make their money. Question to authorities isn 't it illegal to lock the public doors duringworking hours with customers inside, unless theirs an emergency? This restaurant needs new management.

Just had the worst time through the drive thru... If the employees don't want to be on the drive thru order taking they shouldn't. They need to train their employees properly. Never had an issue with this place, but their is always a 1st time foreverything I guess. The manager then just watch as I talked to her employee, didn't bother to say anything. Thanks Carl's.

All the food was made the way it was requested. The staff was friendly and filled my order quickly. What more could you ask for?

Poor customer service. No hot sauce for months. Quality and quantity are going down here.
