Great food delivered quickly in a great environment. It can feel a bit cramped with all levels inside, but it works to create a sense of privacy. Really enjoyed everything we ordered.

The best Mexican food I had since the move to Virginia! Online order for pickup was easy, service was quick and friendly. The Steak Burrito grande was huge and so delicious! Love it came with Guac sour cream chips and salsa.

Absolutely terrible service, the waiter messed up our order, the food was terrible. I ordered a taco salad with chicken, it had no cheese, no taste only wet water chicken on salad in a taco dish, disgusting. We ordered the lunch menu they loaded from the dinner menu. We ordered chimichan gas with rice they forgot the rice. We ordered Mac n cheese from the children's menu and it is obviously combed Mac n cheese, it was dry and not mixed it had powder lumps in it. We ordered 21 ounces of margaritas and got 12 ounces and were charged for the 21 ounces. the service was terrible, the food was terrible. Manager or whoever came with a setting and said well that you ate it. For years his food has always been good snoring service well, but not today. If you are Mexican, get red carpet treatment. Our waiter hardly communicated with us, we had to show another waitress to get attention. Don?t order queso unless you want to dive less than 4 ounces near $5 for watered cheese. The waiters were unclear today and the food was disgusting. Go back. Next time Casa Grande will try. Spent $53 for a miserable meal and miserable service and a manager with an arrogant setting that seemed rude and arrogant. We weren't rude to her, but they informed of everything that was wrong and the best she could was good that you ate it. Yes, could I? just sat there and waited for the waiter who disappeared and asked her to take it back, but it was quite frustrating trying to get someone?s Attention! I ate only part of the bowl, the salad was slimy from the watery chicken. Don't go here. We'll never be back. A long customer lost today.

I went in for lunch with a co worker and order a grilled chicken quesadilla and got shredded chicken instead had to ask for chips and salsa, and then was charged $5.90 for a 4oz cup of cheese dip. The customer service is minimal if your not of Spanish speaking origin. While we were waiting Spanish speaking customers walked in and got the red carpet treatment. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!

Ordered from the lunch menu and food was excellent. The host was excellent as the waitress for the next section. The mango margarita was delicious, but had almost no alcohol in it. I say this as a light weight that ordered the second smallest size. Our waitress not so much. Basically, we ignored for the better part of our meal until the end when I assumed she had a table. She was also a bit snapping with me when I had a question about the swamp, but as far as I could see, we were one of her only tables. My mother had only once refilled her drink and for much of the meal it was empty and I sat 5-10 minutes without cutlery, as our waitress only brought 3 sets of cutlery instead of the 4 we needed. We finally asked the waitress in the next section when we saw her. Even while the cheese cake was good, the fried ice cream is a frozen ball of ice with whole corn flakes on it surrounded by a centimeter whip cream that completely envelops. It was hardly for adults, but the toddler thought it was pretty good. Air conditioning was great and cleanliness was also.
