Roma Pizza Pasta - Hendersonville

The Self Proclaimed 50% Owner/Manager I spoke with Tonite on the main road location not like it when customers in this city Hendersonville have a valid reason to complain. He tells me everything you want to do is tell me how to run my shop when customers have a problem with food and politely ask him to fix his mistake. My wife ordered aubergines parmesantonite, which she got instead, were 90% spaghetti noodles, light tomato sauce and thin small pieces, which could be related to an aubergine in a miniscule form with some melted cheese above. No mention of spaghetti or any similarity of its plate tonite looks in any way like the court on the website. My wife told him that his immediate answer announced loudly that she does not know what Auberginen is parmesan pasta. I say: Does the 50% owner/manager know what Google is? For a small entrepreneur, it takes a variety of patience, healthy sense and attention to quality in repetition. This inexperienced 50% owner obviously does not know how important these important and basic properties are. Times are also hard for them, I tried to understand with him. In no more than 30 seconds, we would not refund a refund or offer the 17.00 court. I understand now that he treats his company foolishly, not seriously. With zero patience or any reasonable effort on customer service, I question the decision that allows him to execute this store in any capacity. 15 plus years of order from this place and if this is how things are now running, I will never order from this place again.

We found metal in our pizza! We ordered the highest pizza through the door dash at this point, after eating a few slices my girlfriend began to crochet on something and pulled a strand of metal from her mouth a few seconds later she spit out her food and we found more lumps of metal strands. We called the store and informed the staff to whom the answer was? there is no way that came out of our pizza?. Needless to say, we have won?t order more food from this place.

Thank you to the owner/manager (I'm honestly not sure) who brought us the missing pizza we didn't recognize! It was hot and cheesey and delicious!!!

The food is simply amazing! The best Tiramisu I've had for a long time! The manicotti is perfect, as well as the chicken parm pasta. Suicide by Pepperoni Pizza really lives to the name! Could not believe that this is a chain warehouse with several locations because the food quality is so positive! We make a special trip to Hendersonville to get Roma.

Pizza is awesome! Loved that they?re open late considering nothing else is anymore! Pizza was soo fresh, hot delish!! no need for extra cheese, it?s really cheesy! ??
