Fatburger - Henderson

This place always has the best burgers of any restaurant chain!! Always the best season meets freshest toppings and great sides. I've been going to this Fatburger for 25 years and it's never disappointed me. The one minor issue I have is I miss when it was open 24 hours. But besides that I will be frequenting this restaurant for another 25 years!! ???

I love their food, even though they refuse to use the chargrill any more (why keep it if you won't use it? . That said, this location has a very loose opening and closing schedule. Most recently, I was raving to some out of town guests about the burgers being better than the competition. I dragged them out to this location, and it was still closed, a full 20 minutes after their posted opening hours. This wasn't the first time either. We have driven through an hour before close, only to find the place dark. Frustrating.

Wonderful food. Place looks so much better now that it has been remodeled. Some of the staff lack customer service skills. Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are available.

It is 8:50 pm we came to eat and the doors were locked. It says open til 10 pm. When asked they turned us away and said they’re was no manager. They were just standing they’re.

We were waiting at the drive-thru for 5 minutes speaking to the speaker no response. Obviously the drive-thru person is incompetent.
