Bidrage med feedbackIt took 3 minutes and 30 seconds to say my order on the drive thru after something about ketchup. the girl acted as if she hadn't heard me and has spit out for simple asking detailed comments about the order. ie I have a buy that has one free. They said they have a code for their hepper? I repeated the code twice. terrible burgers and I waited almost 12 minutes behind 3 cars.
The manager Daniel was awesome had my food out fast and hot. Was great at explaining the menu while running drive thru definitely someone I would want working for me great Employee.
Destiny the manager helped us out today and we really appreciate it! She explained what was going on and it made more sense.
Poor location. We were in line at the drive thru and waited a good 10 minutes with one car ahead of us. Luckily, we were able to back up and go inside (and not continue to wait in the seemingly senseless drive thru).We ordered inside. There was a large mess right at the counter of a spilled drink. They had tried to clean it up, but did so very poorly because it was still sticky and got our shoes dirty.We had a very simple order (two 2 for $5 meals). However it took unusually long. There were also no other orders at the time (besides maybe the guy still waiting at the drive thru), so there was not acceptable excuse for this long wait.This location is very poor and needs new management.
In January I had a horrible experience with this BK only because they canceled my on line order then I couldn't get my money back. Finally, after a few weeks,I got a credit.Today's experience was great. I like your new system for perks too. ?Thank you BK.
