Saevy Coffee - Helsinki

The coffee is great. Vegan options are porridge, sandwich and bun. All are tasty. Is really nice spot to hang out and very friendly people working there.

Went to pick up my shoes from the cobbler. They weren’t quite ready, so he suggested I have coffee somewhere and come back. I don’t know the neighbourhood that well anymore, so I asked him to recommend something. Ended up here. Lovely! Had breakfast. The yogurt with granola and the croissant were both great, and their coffee is excellent. Youthful hipster ambiance with 1970s rock playing. Not cheap though, so perhaps not a daily treat.

Perfect place to get specialty coffee in Helsinki! Lovely ambient, cozy, lovely service and I’d recommend to get a choco cookie as well, but that’s just me :

Kahvila Savy is not a place you'd visit for the decor, ambiance or location. The interior is a bit dingy and the interior is more hippie than hip. It's located in Kallio in a fairly grimy part of Helsinki. However the coffee is excellent and that's saying something in a city with very good baristas and a addiction to the bean. If you find yourself in Kallio and are in need of a brew then Savy is your best bet.

The staff at this trendy coffee shop were friendly and the cappuccino and baked goods were excellent. I wish they had more food selections, however.
