I am 27 years old, and I think it's important for staff to communicate with clients in a friendly manner. Instead, I felt like I was only met with hostility. It's necessary to maintain professionalism, especially in customer service. I hope that the management can address these issues to improve the overall dining experience.
I am quite disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I placed a delivery order through Uber at 8:45 PM, only to have my order canceled just 15 minutes later, right before closing time. Now, I’m stuck with a pending charge on my card that could take five days to sort out. It feels like the owners are completely oblivious to this issue. I've made the decision never to return or order from this restaurant again. It seems that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction or financial responsibility. I can't shake the feeling that my order was canceled because I used a discount coupon, and perhaps the cooks were unwilling to honor it. It's frustrating to see a restaurant close at 9 PM on a Wednesday in Binghamton. I believe their actions are unjustifiable, and I hope they face consequences for their business practices.
