Great location and the room we had was a family size. but with the size unfortunately. the rooms were very nice with a modern bathroom. no toaster, we had to ask, and no microwave. a bit expensive I thought. room: 3/5 service: 3/5 location: 4/5 .more

Can't comment on the rooms but the restaurant is pretty good

Only based on the room I was staying in, which was room no. 1 (upstairs). This room is very small like a shoe box and noisy when people are coming up and down the metal stairs.Just a warning to others. I know they have larger rooms.Apart from that, it's very clean and tidy.

Very friendly, excellent service and food. Good variety of wine available. Will be back again!!

Room was clean but all other areas advertised were to not their standards. The pool was filthy with algae, dirt and full of bugs in it. Someone put two bags of salt in it one day while people were seimming in it no other cleaning devices were used. The restaurant, bar and cellar were not open as advertised through their website or bookings.com.Basic accommodation and paid full price for the expectation is to get the experience that was advertised with wine, food and restaurant. Definitely would not recommend this place especially the fact I was handed the keys without even verifying who I was or any proper checkin details. No verification of certificates and no one to check out with.. very poor customer service.Basically place was very run down.
