Subway - Headingley

The sandwichs are very good.The service is fast and the staff are friendly and helpful.Very clean place.

Not impressed. Walked in to a dead atmosphere, no music, no energy from the kid working. I usually get the same sub from every Subway. This was the smallest sub I've ever walked out with. First time at this location and I will not be back. If this location can not be bothered to train their staff to have a consist standards I can not be bothered to waste my money. Also messed up parking lot.

We usually preorder online for pickup in this, we enjoy the food and it is usually made right. The only issue is when the online offer did not work one time and was not applied after it was added at checkout, I mentioned the free cookies deal/offer, the lady at the counter did not really care much to make it right. All she said was that they didn't do anything with the online offer and acted like she could not be bothered about it at all. We had ordered many times here it would be nice to be treated as a valued customer in that one instance. Score 3 because there are other employees who do a good job and didn't let one bad experience with the older lady to give a lower score.Parking: Two areas to park, one in front of the building, the other you access from the side, you can't get from one place to the other.

Always love going into the headingly subway. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is clean.For some reason, this subway always has the nicest people working. We really enjoyed our take out and customer service this past Friday evening (July 28.2023) the guy at the counter was seriously tip notch. 5 star ? review from our family.Dietary restrictions: My daughter has celiac disease, so it's hard to find her gluten free options. This Subway has trained their staff well in regards to preparing and cross contamination.Thank you to the gentleman who made our sandwiches ? He took extra precautions when making our daughters sandwich and he did not rush her in placing her order as she has to choose according to her restrictions. Thank you
