Got 2 Fish Tacos, with a side of Fries, order of clams, crab cake coleslaw. All of it was great, service and workers were attentive, kind and helped answering questions.

We waited 30 minutes, requesting our food to be made fresh. It was was made by who I found out to be the GM, and he never wore gloves in preparing my food as I watched at the counter.The fish was literally made fresh but had particles and dirt from oil that had clearly not been changed in a good while. So, sadly we returned the food and asked for a refund.The counter top at the register was broken and setting on the floor. When we asked about it while wait on our food and the friendly girl said it has been "broken a long time! "Terry (GM) please don 't respond with "We 're very sorry about this experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and will make sure this is addressed with the team here. Thank you "You probably have a lot on your plate as a manager, but seem to have a good team to help you clean up and fix your establishment and lead them following Serve Safe guidelines.It doesn 't cost much to clean and provide clean service to your guests.We will be looking forward to seeing implemented improvements on our next trip through Kansas. My husband said we will never stop here again, but I 'm optimistic.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. Went to the drive thru only one car in front of me. He pulled to the window where they took his order. I waited at the speaker no one ever ask me to wait or said anything. So once the cat pulled away I pulled to the window and was denied service unless I went back around behind the other cars in line. When I stated I didn't think the speaker was working he told me I needed to learn to be patient and to go around and he would take my order.

We were driving through hays and thought we would stop for a burger. The food was great but portions were small (especially compared to what they used to be).
