Bidrage med feedbackThe last time we visited this restaurant was over 20 years ago not much as changed could do with a revamp Restaurant was quiet with only a couple of tables other than ours Staff very friendly service was very slow food took to long to be served As we had to send corn dog starter back to kitchen still frozen in the middle Maybe down to the fact we’re running of food items as staff were being sent to shop to buy supplies Every thing took to long to served Other than that we had a good evening with family Not sure if we would return again.
From the moment we arrived we were treated very well. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. We all had plenty to eat and drink and the bill was far less than we expected. Well done simply blues cant wait to come back.
This place is one of the hidden gems in hornchurch! Absolute top notch from start to finish! Good food at good prices. Go on treat yourself you’ve earned it
My family and I have been coming to the restaurant for many years now as we have always really enjoyed the food and relaxed atmosphere. As a table of 12, we thought that the food order may have been slightly wrong but were impressed when everything came out around the same time, and was to a very high standard! The waitress was lovely, but I found that due to the volume of people in the restaurant and the lack of servers, she was unable to really deliver 100% on customer service this was obviously through no fault of her own. I would really recommend anyone who likes american diner style food and large portions to come here particularly recommend the smother brother burger for any meat lovers!
First, the good stuff, we were a table of 10, the service was a little slow, but that was fine for us. (It never bodes well when there is a large poster outside advertising for staff!! The staff were really nice, very friendly, very efficient. The steaks were good. However, the burgers were very average, worthy of a roadside burger bar, some of the starters seemed to be out of the freezer and into the deep fat fryer, and I had chicken fahitas which came on a sizzling iron, as expected, but in a 'gravy '! Bit odd! Seems as though they haven 't kept up with the times, there are much better places out there. Sorry, but we wouldn 't go back.
