Mcdonald's - Havering

This is possibly the best McDonald's restaurant I have ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming (which I have never experienced at a McDonald's before!). The blonde woman at the entrance, managing the flow of customers, was particularly beautiful. The customer flow is well monitored and the staff is well-coordinated. The focus on cleanliness was outstanding, as I watched the staff thoroughly clean tables after each customer. Masks were not tolerated (politely), which was a fantastic quality for a McDonald's establishment!

I received excellent service from the lovely Sheree on Saturday when I had a problem with my order. She not only helped me resolve the issue but also suggested some delicious recommendations that I thoroughly enjoyed!

The restaurant was bustling, but the staff efficiently handled the crowd and were helpful when I had a question.

This McDonald's has much of the modern standard experience but it does not seem to operate table service in the standard way with no sign of tent markers by the ordering machines. As a result many eat in orders come sloppily bagged instead of on a tray. Otherwise the food is standard McDonald's and the ambience is typical busy high street.

Visited today waited 40 mins for my order, when I complained i was ignored until i was close to cancelling my order very frustrated with the customer service
