Last week we booked two rooms for 6 people but they didn’t give us enough privacy. Their room boy behave very badly. Because of his behavior and way of talking we had to cancel the booking and came out in midnight. There was no manager at the moment. They don’t have any professionalism. They act like giving free accommodation. Moreover very high prices for foods. There are many good places nearby. If you want to face trouble u visit this place.

Bad customer service. We checked out in the middle of the night as we face an intolerant behavior of the receptioning boys. The rooms were not cleaned when we checked in and were not provided pillows for the beds. When we ask some pillows, the room boy brought some uncleaned from store room. Also He contended on our enjoyment, acted rude and made us disappointed in the middle of the night. There is no Manager to solve this. They running some kind of hostel under the control of a strict Warden!

I stayed at this place while visiting for a customer visit and the place is average but just do the thing. Rooms are good but less clean. But the food and hospitality is excellent . Worth the stay incase of Emergency while you travelling.
