Roses Barb-q Catering - Hattiesburg

This restaurant serves some of the best roasted chicken I have ever tasted. Initially skeptical that it might just be cheap fried food and BBQ, I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken is perfectly cooked, juicy, and the breading is just right - not too thick and not overwhelming the chicken. The price is also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to try their BBQ next time.

Picked catering for a group of 15-20. The price was reasonable, and the staff recommended the perfect amount of food. Everything was excellent. Some of the best briskete I had in a while. A real jewel of the Pine Belt

I didn't know they had hamburgers until I parked in front of one of their window signs. I've got some fries. Both were great and the rolls were just as well roasted. I wish I knew what they did with the Fritten!!!

So... I heard everyone talking about how good Roses BBQ was... driving people off the coast just to get a bite... I had to try. We did it early! I soon found out why. I got it. Even the sauces were crazy. Good ride! Very recommended! UPDATE: We went back today and WOW The line was long I knew why! Waiting was not bad and it was really good PLUS the portions were EPIC!! Try them out, you'll thank me.

It's worth driving from anywhere I think!! Staff always polite and helpful quick and courteous. I stopped every time I go up that way sometimes just make it a point to go up there so remember if you ever have to go North 49 stop at Rose's barbecue Tell em D Noblemen sent ya...enjoy I always do
