Bidrage med feedbackOur first time at this restaurant. Reviews seemed good so we gave it a try.We shared seafood pasta. Took at least 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Server was nice but slooooow.Arrived at 6:28 and the place was not that busy. Food was super mediocre. Meh. We won't be back.
Absolutely incredible! The seafood was fresh, seasoned wonderfully and lots of great options to choose from. The service was also great with several staff members stopping by our table making sure all was well from drink refills, napkins or offering to remove empty plates. Simply a great experience. Be sure not to miss out on the bread pudding served warm and a generous helping….it’s to die for. First time here and we’ll be back!
Pier 98 Steaks, Seafood Catering, in my opinion, has some of the best steaks in town! My wife and I love eating here for a number of reasons. The staff is friendly, the owner is a great guy, the food is delicious, and it’s literally less than a 2 mile drive for us. They’re smack in the middle of Oak Grove, just on the outskirts of Hattiesburg, MS. If you haven’t tried their food, we highly suggest them! We’ve tried a bit of everything and it’s all amazing!
Always skeptical of a new place, I read reviews; which left me more skeptical. We decided to meet our friends there anyway, nothing ventured nothing gained. Once inside the doors, the atmosphere was pleasant. From the groupings of people, it gave the vibe of of the kind of place friends could relax and enjoy time together over a meal. By some standards, items were a bit pricey, but when you consider that the items are freshly prepared and not bulk-ordered through a chain, and the recipes were more unique than eating off a mass produced menu, then it became quite a treat. There was also a steak special offered that was very well priced, although it lacked in originality. Portions-generous, food-served hot, staff-attentive, and value/price-equal. It was a great first experience and we will put this on our list of return-to places to dine.
Charged per ounce of cocktail sauce. 1st plate was pretty cold. By the third plate it was lukewarm.Food: 2/5
