Not gonna lie, this place had killer bagels. I haven’t had any other bagels in the area so I don’t really have anything to compared to other than just how I liked it. There may be better bagels, there may not be. I don’t know the answer. But what I do know is that I like these bagels. The plain and everything bagels were very good

It's great that there's a NYC-style deli right here in Hartsdale. Quick counter service, reasonable prices. A few tables to sit, a bonus. The egg breakfast I had was fine, though not special. But if you're looking for a fast toasted bagel with a schmear on your way to Metro North, you'll find it here.

Worst experience. Ordered 3 cinnamon raisin bagels and walnut cream cheese. Instead got olive cream cheese that was rancid. Called to say I was bringing it back. Manager hung up on me. Went to the store and had to argue for a long time to get a refund even though I had the bag and cream cheese. Bagels were mediocre at best.

I have visited this bagel place on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I have consistently experienced rude behavior from the staff and inaccurate order fulfillment. Despite my efforts to simplify my order and ensure its accuracy, my order was still not prepared correctly, particularly when it comes to bagels with cream cheese. The negative experience has been so consistent that I now drive to another establishment to get my bagels, which is inconvenient and disappointing
