Fowl Play Hot Chicken - Hartford

Ordered from here twice. Both orders had multiple orders both times with variable levels of heat from what the cluck to mild. We get six boxes with no labeling whatsoever even though proper labeling options are available there on the box to be marked.Also, multiple items not packed with the order. Food is great, but the to go ordering is jacked up!

I have heard a lot of talk about Fowl Play Hot Chicken. So like every southern boy I had to try it. I?m sure it?s a lot better at the restaurant just like everything else is, but at the Titans game the chicken was dry and the fries clearly had beensitting there for a while. The flavor was good and just a warning medium is on the spicy side.

The food is generally pretty good, but I ordered takeout chicken and waffles, and it arrived already completed drenched in syrup. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why they thought it was a good idea to put the syrup on before they sent it out.No one does that, and no one wants that. It was disgusting and inedible.

Probably the best chicken sandwich spot around. If you aren 't a huge fan of spice then be conservative with your flavor selection. MILD has plenty of kick. Anything over mild should only be tried by spice fans. I 'd recommend the OG sandwich. The sliders and waffle options looked good too. The fries are OK but are nothing special.

I order the OG which is two small Sliders . Portion size an price don?t match . I order a medium high level it was a dry rub hot but no real taste . For all my hot chicken lovers like my self this is not a place to visit .
