Domino's Pizza - Hartford

I stay in the child clinic in the opposite and put an order online for my 6yr old son, who is admitted to the hospital for cancer and really wanted dominos after I did not appetit for weeks after chemotherapy. I left a note about this, because I can't get down because of kovid. the instructions were to leave the food with security at the sick station entrance for rooms .. if I tell the delivered notification safety, there is no food. when I called to see where the food is the trick, the answer is rude and not even let me talk and makes a bundle of accepted and always asks for a phone I went on to tell him exactly what I wrote in the note, which is to go in and leave the food with security for room and they will bring it up. he assumed I meant the driver and always asked for a phone number. long story short, they don't listen well for their linguistic barrier and was rude, hung on me, and said I won't receive my food. I immediately called someone else to answer with better English and more geduld and said a driver returns to eat. when the food arrives, it is as cold as the weather outside! a complete waste of my life. will never order from this place again. so unprofessional. waited an hour and a half, got cold eating, treated with Rude staff, and coworkers who do not hear or take instructions well, and not even provide to make the situation better! Hartford location must be the worse dominos I have ever ordered from

My food was cold .it took them over hour after it was out for delivery to get to me.i had e to put food in microwave .ok 10 mins away arojnd broad st and it ok over a hour.would not recomend.this is the first time I’ve ever wait this long and gotten cold lukewarm food.also charged me for the extra garlic sauce and I only got one

The service was fast… food was great… delivery driver was nice

Worst place ever order to go Philly cheese steak pizza on a special they had going placed order on phone told lady I wanted a Philly cheese steak pizza drive back home to bite into pizza and find they had red sauce on it, like what the hell that’s not a Philly cheese steak pizza second time I go in to order had to leave once I saw the guy throwing the dough up in the air catching it and rolling it around arms full of hair disgusting I nearly barffed my brains out smh don’t these place get inspected I didn’t wanna eat hair you know
