Oliver's Fish Chips - Harrogate

I went to the restaurant expecting to order battered sausage and chips with curry sauce, but was surprised to be told that they do not serve battered sausage or curry sauce. I was taken aback as I work nearby and saw these items listed on their menu on Just Eat.

Delicious classic fish and chips. They even delivered to the nearby caravan site. The website is easy to use and provides clear information on prices and menu options.

Six of us visited Olivers last Friday and tried the specials. The Fish and Chips were fantastic, with moist white fish, hot chips, delicious mushy peas, and excellent service from Lisa.

An honest to goodness fish chip shop! Service was good and the menu just what you’d expect. I use the ‘sit in’ restaurant as a treat for family occasionally. I can’t often finish a portion of chips but in Oliver’s they’re absolutely perfect, side orders of mushy peas, curry sauce and a pot of tea are also great value for money.

If you want warmed up old cold chips this is the place to go. Olympic Gold in uneatable warmed up chips. Absolutely a rip off. Go elsewhere. You have been warned.
