Always a go-to for hearty dining, Carne Asada Bistro serves up delicious chorizo and egg tacos, enchiladas, rice, and beans that taste just like homemade. The authentic flavors will make you say "yum!" Bueno comida.

Walking into a restaurant where you order directly from the kitchen can sometimes be unpredictable, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I decided to try the 3 taco combo plate and it was amazing. The flavors reminded me of being in Mexico, with just the perfect amount of heat for my taste. I left feeling extremely satisfied and couldn't have been happier with my meal.

Delicious food every time, at Carne Asada Bistro. Their chorizo and eggs, tacos, enchiladas, rice, and beans are all authentic and have that home-cooked flavor we love. Yum!

This place is a must-visit spot. Every summer, we make a trip to Wapato to visit a friend's farm, and every summer, we make sure to dine here. I am a huge fan of their guacamole! It is so delicious that I could eat it all day. Although the tables could use a bit more cleaning, the food is so flavorful that I can overlook it. My rating is based solely on the food and not the ambience of the restaurant.

I ordered a three taco plate with rice and beans. The tacos were delicious as always. The sope was also very good. This is a great place to visit.
