Subway - Harleysville

The subway sandwich was just average. There was only one staff member attending to customers, and she worked exceptionally hard. The manager should consider adding another staff member, or even stepping in themselves, to improve the level of customer service.

This Subway is conveniently located on a main road and does an excellent job. The staff is quick, so even if there's a long line, it doesn’t feel like you’re waiting forever. Parking is not an issue, as there’s plenty of space behind the restaurant, but be cautious because it can be a bit tight.

The customer service was excellent. I had some difficulty understanding the person who took my order, but he was patient and accommodating when I asked him to repeat himself multiple times. The food met my expectations and offered a great underground dining experience. The place was clean, and I noticed that some employees were there with their families, which added a nice touch. However, I did notice that the customer who was served before me appeared unhappy. When reviewing a restaurant, it’s important to focus on the service and quality of food, not personal matters. At the very least, that should earn them three stars. Personally, I would give them five stars just for being family-friendly, but that’s just my perspective. Overall, I think I’m more understanding.
