Mcdonald's - Hardin

Mobile order table service... the staff was to lazy to bring it to the table. They just yelled out or number instead and continued chatting with friends. It's not that big of a deal, but if you offer a service and don't provide it it seems unprofessional. I also forgot how salty the double cheeseburger is, it's marginally edible. Also we had to ask for a toy for the kids happy meal. The one gentleman emptying the garbage by our table was actually the most helpful of the employees that day.

Homeless man stole my order and I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to wait for my order to be remade, staff had no communication I’m very disappointed in

No one wipes tables, yet they get $17 an hour. Ordered NO SALT fries, and they were the saltiest I've EVER eaten! Sandwiches were great!

Fries were cold. Frapi tasted watered down like and needed more

The staff were having a hard time ringing in my order actually over charged me. When I told them they had the hardest time figuring out how to refund me then only gave me a dollar back which was not the right change when we sat down to eat it we were still missing our burrito plus usually when you mess up someone's order you apologize and give them something to make up for it. That's what we do at my job. So all that was very frustrating. So maybe think about better training for your employees. But the other food was hot tasted fresh so that made up for it.
