Bidrage med feedbackOrder through Door Dash at 12:00pm and had 2 Dashers leave after arriving at the store, saw that a third Dasher was still waiting so I called the store AT 1:30 and they said that the person was waiting and that the others ones left. I asked why would they just leave? My order should be ready by now it's been over an hour!?!? She said it still wasn't ready. IT IS A MONDAY AFTERNOON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT IT WAS DELAYED, ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU CAN SEE THAT 3 PEOPLE WHO SPENT THEIR TIME WAITING LEFT BECAUSE YOU WERE TAKING TOO LONG. Door dash was nice enough to provide a credit but I would have rather had the store be courteous to those Dashers that had to wait and to myself.
DO NOT eat here these people serve moldy food and their management is contemptible at best. I ordered a pizza with meatballs and shaved parmesan and encountered mold on both items. When I went to get my money back, management did jack all to correct the problem.
Got a small pizza with toppings and i always ask for a crust flavor but it's like they always decide to just ignore that request. It's like they threw the veggies at my pizza like they were getting rid of it. Just annoyed because Marco's does have good ingredients but it sucks when it's made poorly
The associates lack customer service. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes for an associate to find a manager. The manager never came to the phone. Another associate picks up the phone and is yelling at another coworker stating, ?This is someone different. You haven?t took his order.? Not only did she not offer to take the order, she places the phone back down. An associate picks up the phone and says, ?OK? and I repeated it as a question. The associate then hangs up the phone. I used to order here regularly, but this interaction reminded me why I stopped. The pizza is never ready in the time given that the app says your pizza is ready and the customer service is non existent.
Spent $54 for door dash delivery. Received pizza, took 1 slice and pulled out plastic that had been baked into the pizza. Immediately called to tell them what happened and was told that I could get a discount on my next purchase. WHAT?! No, I want a fresh pizza or refund. I told them I would be up there in a min and I was told that they were closing keep in mind Google says 11 o?clock for closing it was only 9:55 pm. Today I called to speak to the manager Tommy, I was told to hold on for just a minute and he would be with me. I waited for 12 minutes and no one ever came to the phone I hung up, called back and asked to speak to the manager again and was told again give him a few minutes. I said no I?ve given him enough time I will reach out to the general manager to get this resolved and then I will be up there later on. I tried to handle this at store level but the manager failed to manage and failed to even pick up the phone. As a manager you stop what you?re doing to take care of the customer.
