Had a great lunch there with some friends. Service was fast and efficient. Food was plentiful and delicious. I hear breakfast is really good too!

This is not our first time there but it is our last. Was with a friend on Saturday for breakfast. Apparently we had a new waitress. She served the coffee early then after a slight mix up she took our order. As my friend and I were catching up on what had been happening we didn't realize the time. Forty-five minutes past and we could tell she was avoiding us. When we asked about our order she said she was late putting our order in. We waited another 15 minutes and still no food and the restaurant was not busy. We left with no breakfast and to never return to the terrible roads of Hanwell.
